Defective Items Only

At this time, we only accept returns or exchanges on items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

How to Request a Return or Exchange:

• Your order number

• A clear photo of the defective item

• A brief description of the issue

Timeframe:
All return/exchange requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order. Requests made after this window will not be accepted.

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

• We do not accept returns or exchanges for wrong sizing or buyer’s remorse.

Shipping Costs:
If your item is confirmed defective, we’ll cover the shipping cost for your exchange or refund.
